It was enough pressure building a new home and the uncertainty of a pool builder was definitely not on our list. A tall task indeed to build a pool to the perfect millimetre to meet our future alfresco after our home was to be complete and sure enough above expectations - Better Pools and Spas you got it absolutely perfect!! Your carefree communication both with the girls in the office (a special mention to Louise and Carmen - always smiling through the phone definitely bringing a positive aura to your day) and with the whole team who soon became not a pool company but a family a delight and a joy to deal with. Never a question too many, always an answer to suit, your expertise and professionalism is a benchmark to all pool companies. A behaviour not learnt a skill inate.

To whom it may concern,

We are writing to you with regards to our pool building.

We had originally signed a contract with a competitor but after reading all the fine print we decided to pull out during the 5 day cooling off period.

We then did a lot more research, we had a number of different companies come out to our place and give us a quote and their advice on what we should do. We were tossing up between fibreglass pool or a concrete pool.

We decided to go with Better Pools and Spas as not only were they honest with their upfront price, they Guaranteed no hidden extras.

We also really liked the idea that it was a owner builder that Rick Crambrook who is the owner of the company would be here personally digging and overseeing our pool development.

Within 2 weeks of signing the contract and paying a small deposit, the Council approvement was completed and the digging began.

We found Rick, His son Layton and the rest of the team to be honest, reliable and friendly workmen.

We also had a lot of dealings with Louise who worked in the office. Louise found no question or enquiry difficult. She always was there with a smile on the end of the phone.

Our pool was completed within 7wks from the time the digging began to the time it was ready to swim in.

We have no hesitation in recommending Better Pools and Spas to anyone, Not only was their price very attractive, but their loyalty, workmanship and professionalism was great.
